Post the 19th Make Art March.
This is a lovely couple I stalked around a Picasso exhibition last year. I’ve drawn them a number of times since and this is the best likeness I’ve achieved.
They remain a sketch because I have an incredibly acute case of line-art-never-as-good-as-the-sketch syndrome and didn’t want to destroy the likeness.
Swoon for old couples in art galleries.
Sketch I’ve been working on this afternoon. It’s an idea I’ve had in my head for ages. Mostly because I would love to get a chest piece of a similar nature.
Ungainly and uncomfortable. This is how I see myself.
It is a constant source of interest to me. Perception of self and perception through the eyes of others. How varying we can seem to two different people and yet how constant and unchanging we are in our minds. How difficult it is to make even the smallest changes within ourselves and others may never even notice, because their concept of you is so fluid and insignificant.
Totally ineffectual in the grand scheme of things, even in the some-what-further-out-than-our-own-belly-button scheme of things and yet it can be so consuming.
Recipe #3 - VEGAN AMBROSIA.
This really is the food of the gods, this recipe makes a huge batch. It can be served solo as well as it is Awesome! It can be frozen for 4 weeks, super nutritious, blend it up and add more stock to make a warm winter soup. Oh gods, It’s just so delicious!
I always appreciate feedback :D
Poison Ivy campaigning to save the trees, like the eco-terrorist, tree hugging, botanist she is.
A message I believe in as well.
Drawing is mine.
I’ve been thinking about doing some others, maybe Catwoman campaign for animal welfare :)
First sketch of the Ghibli themed tattoo I’m considering.
Storm girl. Vaguely self portraity. So rare that I colour something, happy enough with how it turned out.
A Hand-drawn venn diagram of my favourite personal styles.
